Jim Curio was retained by the Plaintiff’s Steering committee attorneys Joseph T. Cook, Thomas J. McCarthy, Marshall Morgan and David M. Harney to produce this precedent setting video evidence of a “Retrack” presentation for the liability phase of the Federal trial. Mr. Curio produced, edited, layed the foundation for and presented the precedent setting demonstrative video evidence. The jury verdict established liability to the Piper-PA28 pilot and the Federal Aviation Administration ultimately leading to damages of approximately $400 million.
